You will observe the fresco which gave this church its name: Saint Georges overwhelming a dragon. The entrance of the church built on a laterally rectangular ground plan and covered with a barrel-vault is on the north side. In the space extending towards the north we see tombs.
In the long apse on the east wall there is the Deesis. The frescoes in the eastern part of the vault represent Onesimus, Saint Georges, Saint Theodorus, Constantin and Helen, while in the west we see Onuphorius, Thomas and Basil. On the frontal of the vault there is the figure of Christ.
